Jerome Thibouville Lamy French Violin
This is a nice old French violin, full size with no repairs. Made in the work shops of Jerome Thibouville Lamy somewhere around 1900 these violins have a good age to them and are generally liked by teachers. This one has a very nice, mellow tone and is easy to play. Its got a few scars here and there collected over time but this adds to the instruments charm. I have fitted high quality synthetic strings (Tonica) and a good quality maple bridge. These help to bring out the warm and rich tone that this violin can produce. (Have a listen to the soundclip). It is labelled MEDIO FINO and represents good value for money. It will come with a lightweight foam case, a carbon fibre bow, rosin and shoulder rest all free of charge.
