This is a very nice example of a 19th Century German Stradivari copy, full size violin. Its made from beautiful woods, the back is particularly pretty and it has that fantastic patina that you only really get with age. I have fitted a set of dominant strings which help to produce a bright and crystal clear tone across the range. The fittings and fingerboard are of ebony and it has a modern ally black tailpiece with integral tuners for ease of tuning. This violin belongs to a friend of mine who is a very fine player of traditional Scottish music and he has used this violin for quite some time. If your preference is for an old instrument then this is worth your consideration as it is a fine example. Study the photos closely and have a listen to the sound-clip of me playing this instrument. The violin comes with a very good bow, a new modern good quality oblong case, a shoulder rest and block of rosin which are all free of charge. £12.00 will be added to the total automatically when you click the buynow button towards the cost of posting to a UK post coded address.
